More About Mary Howard and her Art

Mary Howard has been a resident of Panama for almost 20 years and works out of her studio-gallery in Costa Esmeralda at peaceful Villa Maria, near the beach.

Born in the Midwest of the USA, Mary lived mostly in California where she raised two children and had an art related business with her daughter, Holly. Both adult children live in CA.

In 2002, Mary relocated to Naples, Florida, where she sold her original oil paintings and produced personalized murals in the homes of select clients. In 2003, she moved further south where Panama became her new home.

Mary's personal passions, when not painting, are animal rescue and organic gardening. Her 5 fur baby puppies, and Kittie, who is the boss, watch over the organic vegetable garden, which currently has 9 juicy watermelons rapidly ripening. Most of her adult life , between travels in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, was spent in Southern and Northern California.
